I’m currently working on my first podcast – very exciting.
I have been a big fan and huge consumer of podcasts since 2014.
The average listener subscribes to 7 shows, I am currently on 50 across business, leadership, health, writing, digital entrepreneurship (oh and, of course, tennis).
Some of my recommendations are:
1. HBR Ideacast:

Try #378 ‘Get a Dysfunctional Team Back on Track’, #478 ‘Building Healthy Teams’, #524 ‘Make Better Decisions’ and #673 ‘Why Are We Still Promoting Incompetent Men?’ for starters.
And for some post COVID-19 themes, try #732 ‘Adjusting to Remote Work During a Crisis’ and #734 ‘Working Parents, Let Go of the Idea of Balance’.
2. Against The Rules – Michael Lewis

Lewis is probably my favourite author (Moneyball, The Undoing Project) so this new podcast was a find. Great storytelling.
If you were to listen to one episode this it is – ‘The Coach in Your Head’ – tracing the history of executive coaching.
Finally, here is a two for one,
3. Distributed with Matt Mullenweg and Making Sense with Sam Harris:
Mullenweg is CEO of WordPress and Harris is a philosopher whose commentary on social issues and beyond cuts through the clamour.

This is the episode where they together illuminate remote working.
