In 2019 I published my first book called Boardroom Dynamics, a Chartered Governance Institute commissioned textbook.
It is a comprehensive 375 page tour around the why, what and how of the latest behavioural psychology in and around the boardroom.
In 2021, the 2nd Edition was published, updating a number of topics including virtual board meetings, diversity issues and stakeholder influences following the COVID-19 pandemic, Black Lives Matter and the rise of ESG in the boardroom.
Even though a textbook, it has been described by a number of buyers as ‘readable’ and received some very favourable reviews from practitioners.
